Pecos Bill's BBQ, located in the Endless Mountain region of Northeastern Pennsylvania, is a family owned, specialty food and catering enterprise. The business started innocently when Bill Rupakus began barbecuing chicken for family and friends. One day, a friend suggested that Bill sell his chicken, and Pecos Bill's was born. Initially, Pecos Bill's BBQ focused on catering. But, as regular customers sought Bill's special sauces for use on their own cooking, Bill decided to bottle his sauces for all to enjoy.

One of the items we carry in the store is a wonderful, home made, maple mustard, produced using our own recipe, by our neighbors at the Endless Mountains Mustard company.

The enhanced mustards produced by the Endless Mountains Mustard Company can give a whole new dimension to sauces, dips and dressings, and you can also use them in cooking.
